The Financing Agreement for Annual Action Programme in favour of Türkiye for 2023
“The Financing Agreement for Annual Action Programme in favour of Türkiye for 2023” was published in the Repeated Official Gazette dated 16 December 2024 and numbered 32754 and entered into force on 17 December 2024. With the Agreement entered into force, it will be possible to finance the projects and programmes included under the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance for the period 2021 – 2027 (IPA III) 2023 Programme, through the funds to be transferred to Türkiye by the European Commission.
