Brief description of the project and main objectives
Developing the capacity of auxiliary staff in the judiciary in line with European standards and establishing a sustainable education system in line with the best practices in the EU in order to increase efficiency in judicial processes.

Developing an effective and sustainable pre-service training system for clerks
Strengthening in-service training for auxiliary staff
Development of performance tools for auxiliary staff
Increasing the productivity of psychologists, pedagogues and social workers working in family and juvenile courts by determining the standards for the reporting system
Determining ethical rules for judicial employees
